The firm offers specialist loss adjusting and risk management advice on an international basis for various industries. Requires 4 x Motor Claims Handlers with varying experience
Role Description
These 4 roles are full-time hybrid roles located in Fareham, with some flexibility for remote work. The Motor Claims Handlers will be responsible for day-to-day tasks, including claims handling and management, communication with stakeholders, and insurance claims processing.
Qualifications
- Claims Handling and Claims Management skills
- Experience in Insurance Claims and Insurance industry
- An analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Able to work independently and remotely
- Experience in motor insurance is a plus
- Basic knowledge of motor related claims and principles
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and concisely, both
oral and written, including an excellent telephone manner - Good degree of IT competency and literacy
- Good organisation and time management skills with experience of diary management
- Demonstrate personal and professional integrity and lead by example
- Ability to work and contribute positively as part of a team and in isolation
- Ability to work accurately under pressure, adhering to deadlines and service standards
- Ability to use initiative and have a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- High attention to detail and accuracy of information
Available Specific Roles
2 x Motor Claims Handlers with a minimum of 2 years experience
1 x Large Loss Claims Handler, dealing with claims up to £150k
1 x Motor Claims Handler with Credit hire and PI Experience.
