The firm offers specialist loss adjusting and risk management advice on an international basis for various industries. Requires 4 x Motor Claims Handlers with varying experience

Role Description

These 4 roles are full-time hybrid roles located in Fareham, with some flexibility for remote work. The Motor Claims Handlers will be responsible for day-to-day tasks, including claims handling and management, communication with stakeholders, and insurance claims processing.

Qualifications

  • Claims Handling and Claims Management skills
  • Experience in Insurance Claims and Insurance industry
  • An analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in motor insurance is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of motor related claims and principles
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and concisely, both
    oral and written, including an excellent telephone manner
  • Good degree of IT competency and literacy
  • Good organisation and time management skills with experience of diary management
  • Demonstrate personal and professional integrity and lead by example
  • Ability to work and contribute positively as part of a team and in isolation
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure, adhering to deadlines and service standards
  • Ability to use initiative and have a positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • High attention to detail and accuracy of information

Available Specific Roles

2 x Motor Claims Handlers with a minimum of 2 years experience

1 x Large Loss Claims Handler, dealing with claims up to £150k

1 x Motor Claims Handler with Credit hire and PI Experience.
