Collections Operations Managers:

  • Day Rate: £450
  • IR35 Status: Outside
  • Contract Duration: 6 months
  • Location: 1 in London, 1 in Cardiff
  • Availability: Immediate
  • Working Pattern: Initially full-time on-site initially, transitioning to a hybrid model (1-2 days in the office per week)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Team Leader Route To Competence plan.
  • Enhance TL skills in coaching, performance management, time management, and planning.
  • Implement and embed the Training and Competence (T&C) Framework.
  • Review and provide feedback on end-to-end induction content.
  • Manage interim Outcome Testing Performance Coaches.

Required Experience:

  • In-depth knowledge of Consumer Lending products and collections. 
  • Experience in Consumer lending arrears. 
  • Thorough understanding of the regulatory framework impacting Consumer Lending products. 
  • Previous experience in quality assurance/audit roles. 
  • Proficient in call listening and call calibration. 
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
