Map Room Consulting have partnered with a Consumer Savings and Commercial Finance Bank based in London.. We are exclusively recruiting for a Graduate Savings Operations Analyst, in which you will play a pivotal role in supporting the strategy and success of their clients business and retail deposit products. Your primary focus will be ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the entire customer journey. Working closely with various teams, while keeping a keen eye on customer needs, market trends and competitors.

The role reports into the Savings Operations Manager and requires three days a week in their London office.

Responsibilities

• Support and input all rate changes, product launches, and removals, ensuring all documentation is accurately prepared, checked, and verified before publication.
• Stay updated with industry regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring the bank’s adherence to relevant laws and standards.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews for new products to gather insights and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree – Ideally with experience of data analysis.
• Administrative experience within the banking industry.
• Ability to work with a diverse team of professionals.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and interface with customers.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic banking environment.
