Insurance Claims Handler – Liability & Casualty – Dublin

We’re actively searching for a skilled Insurance Claim Handler in Dublin. We’re specifically seeking individuals experienced in managing both first and third-party claims, ideally in the fields of liability and Casualty.  This position offers an exciting chance for professionals looking to progress within the claims sector and broaden their expertise.


  • Evaluate and accurately apply policy coverage to all assigned claims.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into assigned claims.
  • Actively negotiate and resolve claims in line with Company guidelines and best practices.
  • Accurately estimate reserves for claims following Company guidelines and best practices.
  • Maintain Company service standards throughout the claims process.
  • Ensure accuracy in all claim-related data.
  • Instruct, coordinate with, and oversee external vendors while monitoring service quality and costs to meet required technical and service standards.
  • Approve claim payments and reserves within established claims handling authority.
  • Offer technical advice to stakeholders.
  • Foster and maintain effective business relationships internally and externally.
  • Collaborate with team members and provide support as needed for shared projects.
  • Assist Senior Claim Professionals and others with larger and more complex claims as necessary.
  • Share knowledge openly with managers and colleagues to understand the broader impact on technical, operational, sales, and financial disciplines.
  • Actively engage in training and other learning opportunities to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
